The Man Who Would be King ..... Maker?

It's been a while but I think this post comes at just the right time. Apparently there's an election on May 6th... oh wait thats in half an hour.... who knew?

At the beginning of this campaign it looked certain to be Conservative government on May 7th, but, in my opinion, thankfully that may have changed. Don't get me wrong people can vote for whoever the want that's the point of democracy and I advocate it whole heartedly. However, from what I have seen since the campaign began there's been a lot of anti-Tory campaigning (which i love) and it looks like they won't get their majority. Since the first debate there has been a rally in support for Mr Clegg, and even when he was ahead of Mr Brown in the polls it seemed the Lib Dems still would have fewer seats than Labour. Eh? That I do not comprehend.

Now the election has come back down to earth and it seems Labour have more support than the Liberal Democrats. So tomorrow (or today) looks as though we shall see more people voting against the Tories than foor them (phew). This in turn leaves Mr Clegg with a dilemma, support Brown or Cameron? In my mind his key issue seems to be electoral reform which he can only get by backing Labour.

Friday morning will shed light on what will happen in this couuntry. A minority government, led by David Cameron or a Lib/Lab Coalition seem in my mind to be the only two possible outcomes.

This country is stuck at a crossroads and I worry that we could go the way of Greece. We could indeed see "Panic on the Streets of London". Don't get me wrong I'm not not Brown's biggest fan but I do believe that he is the only man to steer us through this economic uncertainty. And with Vince Cable helping in the coalition it could help us through the bad times.

When standing at the ballot box tomorrow vote for whoever you think will be right to save this country, my vote goes to Gordon Brown.
